Korra Ep. 5 Thoughts - SPOILERS!

Ok, soo… I had a lot of issues with this episode. People, feel free to disagree, but this is just what I’m feeling.

First of all - I think Korra misunderstood Pema’s words. Mako is obviously torn, but I think Korra should’ve given him space and let him decide on his own. The fact that she kissed him while he was still in a relationship is not OK for me. Mako’s confused, I get it. But Korra, baby, just take a step back. She still has a lot of growing up to do, I think. And she should’ve plainly told Bolin that she just wanted to be friends. But I feel like she led him on, even if it was unintentional.

And Bolin, oh my goodness. While I was SO FREAKING SAD to see his heart broken, but I did feel like he pushed a little hard. But at least he knew what he wanted. He just… URGH. Made me cry. He’s such a sweetheart.

And the ending… I really felt like it was unrealistic considering what had happened. Obviously you want resolution, but Korra didn’t seem that sorry, which bugged me. I don’t know. My favorite parts were with Tahno. Fun character.

I’m still a Makorra fan, but right now Mako and Korra are bugging me. We’ll see how things go. I just want them all to be HAPPY.
